What we collect and why
When you use the contact form or request a discovery call, we receive the details you enter: your name, your email address, your message, and the program you were interested in. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange the call you asked for.
Visiting the site does not require an account, and we do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How your message reaches us
The form is delivered by email through two service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and Resend, which sends the email. They process your details only to deliver the message. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and any coaching relationship that follows, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to info@kameapractice.com and we will respond promptly.
